Students explore the multi-dimensional, holographic nature of wellness. Using a wellness inventory as a foundation, students are guided in an in-depth exploration of twelve dimensions of wellness. Selected readings for discussion and experiential activities to enhance wellness are woven throughout the seminar. At the completion of the course, students reflect upon their experience in making one life-style change, and the impact of this change on overall wellness. The goal of this course is to improve self-awareness and tools to enhance wellness. It is excellent for students seeking to improve their own wellness and/or planning to work with others seeking to improve wellness.
