Mark A. Fuller is Dean and Thomas O’Brien Endowed Chair at the Isenberg School of Management. As Dean, Professor Fuller has overall responsibility for enhancing the Isenberg School’s reputation, and strengthening its financial position. During his tenure at Isenberg (which began in 2009), the school established a strategic vision of becoming a top 10 public business school, as defined by external metrics such as BusinessWeek and U.S. News and World Report. As a result of faculty and staff led curricular and co-curricular initiatives, Isenberg was the #1 most improved business school in the nation from 2010 to 2016 among both private and public institutions in BusinessWeek’s Undergraduate Program Rankings, going from #78 overall (#36 among publics) to #33 overall (#11 among publics). Isenberg was also among the top 5 most improved programs in BusinessWeek’s Employer Survey (measuring employer perceptions of graduate quality), going from #68 overall (#32 among publics) to #17 overall (#7 among publics). From 2013 to 2018, US News & World Report shows Isenberg’s Part-time MBA moving from #28 overall (#17 among publics) to #13 overall (#10 among publics). From 2015 to 2017, the Financial Times Online MBA Rankings have Isenberg’s Online MBA Program moving from #11 in the world to #3 in the world (and #1 in the nation).
